It connects read-only to the systems your team already uses, builds one connected view of each supporter, and runs nightly analysis that surfaces who needs attention: supporters at risk of lapsing, people ready to deepen their involvement, and moments worth recognizing.
Does AI4Love replace our CRM?+
No. AI4Love is not a CRM. It does not store primary supporter records, process donations, or manage contacts. It reads from your existing CRM and other tools and adds an intelligence layer on top.
Does AI4Love send emails or contact supporters?+
No. AI4Love never sends messages, launches campaigns, or writes back to your source systems. It surfaces insights; your team decides what to do and does the outreach.
Does AI train on our donor data?+
No. AI4Love uses Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI on commercial API tiers that exclude customer data from model training. Inputs are retained up to 30 days for trust and safety monitoring, then deleted.
Where is our data held, and what happens if we leave?+
AI4Love keeps one working base per organization, isolated from every other organization. All infrastructure is US-hosted. If you leave, the base enters a 90-day exit window and is then deleted. A full export or immediate deletion is available on request at any time.
